The Display Ring is blue (which usually indicates that Opal needs water), but it’s full of water.

This could indicate that Opal’s pump is not working. To find out, put Opal in cleaning mode using the switch on the back of the unit. Then, press the front button. Let the unit run in this mode for three minutes. If the pump is operating correctly, you should see and hear water pumping through your Opal.

If water begins pumping during this time, the pump is operating correctly. Switch the unit back to ice mode and start making ice.

If water does not begin pumping within three minutes, or if Opal still remains stuck on blue even with the pump working, please contact us at support@firstbuild.com so we can resolve the issue.
